How do you feed prey model diet?

I have fed barf for almost as long as we have had Milo and have been quite happy as has he but the prey model makes even more sense to me. I am wondering what you feed, how do you feed it and where do you get your supplies from?

I don't follow any specific diet. I tend to feed by instinct if you see what I mean. I get bones & meat from Morrisons. I don't have a ny butchers near me, and most of the raw food dealers don't deliver to Northampton!
