Staffy CCTV.

The other day i was curious what chase gets up to when i leave him and go out.

When i go out his shut in the kitchen, he use to be shut in his cage when he was younger, but now his a bit older and i can trust him not to destroy the place, he just has the run of the kitchen, his cage is still in ther as he chooses to sleep in ther, but the door of the cage is left open.

Anyway, i put my laptop in the kitchen on a worktop where the webcam had an overview of the whole kitchen, Then i video called my laptop from my iphone and left it running, put my coat and shoes on as normal and left the house like i normally would.

Got out the front door where i was still in range of the wireless and watched what Chase got up to while i was out from my iphone.

It was funny watching him without him knowing, he just pottered round, had a little bite to eat, and went to sleep in his cage! It didn't make for very good entertainment, but at least i know his behaving himself while im out!

Yer im glad he behaves himself. His quite an independent dog, even when im at home he will go off and play or just go sleep in his cage.

I have an old next door neighbor that loves to moan about every little noise.
She reported us about my old dog because to tell us he wanted to go out he would sit at the backdoor and bark once. The council came round and we just said "well how else is he gunna signal us he needs to go out?"

Now she has a laso apso and every half hour i hear it barking like mad, then her screaming "shuuut uuuuup"
