Best food???

Hi all!
My lovely girl Lola is 12months old. I'm not sure what food is best for her..... half dry half wet, full dry, full wet??
Adult or puppy food??
I was thinking Adult Iams Complete Nutrition 1 cup in the morning and half a cup in the evening with half a tin of meat in gravy/jelly.... just asda brand??
Any suggestions??

Asdas own and Iams aren't the best food for dogs. I use James Wellbeloved, its good quality and reasonably priced, if she gets bored with the dry food I add warm water or gravy to give her some variation
