arghhhhh!
Hi all,
dunno if its behavoural or what it is but its a problem non the less.
Ruvy is 37 weeks old on sunday, and is currently in season, the last 4 nights she has weed and pooed in the bedroom. She has a walk in the evening about 5:30 and gets fed at half 6. She is let out for business all the way up till we go to bed (the final time being just before ) . Previously she has been as good as gold and im getting to the end of my tether! I just dont get how she can stay home while im at work and not mess but cant sleep without curling one out in the bedroom!
please please please help
Cheers luv carla xxx ~

Has Ruby done it before or has only been since she has been in season?

Re: arghhhhh!
A lot of it will be due to her season. Being her 1st one she hasn't learned to cope with the new suegr of hormones.
If I were you I'd take her for a last minute walk, rather than just let her out into the garden. She may just need to excercise a little to settle herself down. At least if it's late at night you shouldn't be bothered by other dogs' unwanted attentions.

Re: arghhhhh!
It may have something to do with her being in season but im not very good with girls lol i have 2 boys! If it were me i would maybe move her mealtime forward slightly and carry on as u are doing letting her out in evening but praise her when she goes with a high value treat. I would get up in the night also and let her out maybe once. Its obviously not that she cant hold it as u said shes been fine previously and its not like shes a tiny pup so it sounds more to me like it may be something to do with her season. x

It isn't that all men are useles.............they do have some uses! It's just that common sense isn't one of their greatest virtues.

Lol. Oops, didnt mean to cause offence guys! I'm sure each man on here, apart from bluestaff who admits being useless , is a completely useful bloke! My man is lovely really, just not as into dogs as me, and like Carla, this would be my first port of call for anything I was unsure of with Charlie.
