ruby falls asleep like that regularly she slides down the wall
you can see her eyes closing n then she leans against wall
and slides slowly to the floor some times nodding n waking herself up
but best to check with vet as you just got her.

Re: Need some Help please
Poor girl. Sorry, I don't know what to suggest except to try and get her to drink to keep her hydrated and take her to the Vets in the morning. She is obviously in discomfort to be standing like that, I know dogs will usually arch their backs with abdominal pain.
Does your Vet have a 24 hour option, if you are really worried you could ring for advice.
Let us know how you get on.

See if you can take a video that the ver will be able to watch. This could help him diagnose if there is a problem.

Good luck at the vets, you could try her on something bland like cooked chicken and rice. Let us know how you get on Xx

Re: Need some Help please
The not eating could be stress caused by the rehoming. Give her time, & I'm sure she'll settle.
I would be a little concerned about the falling asleep - I take it the rescue people didn't mention this to you?
It could also be down to stress, of course. Every animal reacts differently to stress, and it could be that her brain is telling her to blank it out for a while. The vets should be able to put your mind at rest, though.
