playing games
what games do your dogs like to play and who initiates it.
lemmy plays hide and seek.
he will lay down somewhere and wait for you to walk past then jump out at you with his tail wagging.
if you know he is there he loves it when you creep up on him and say WHERE IS HE WHERES LEMMY then jump and surprise him. he does it under covers and cushons too and especialy in the trees at the bottom of the garden.
he also plays on his back like a cat. he loves you to slowly creep up to him and tickle him he really is stupid at times

Re: playing games
More often than not it's tug. There are the occasions where she will grab something she shouldn't and run around the house.

Definitely Tug, Spartan likes it best when I put the other end of the toy in my mouth and get down to his level on my knees! He goes absolutely sick!!LOL!! If he thinks i'm getting the upper hand he drops and rolls over onto his back and then keeps going into a roll nearly dislocating my jaw!

Lol you won't be playing that when he is older, if you think anything of your teeth

Re: playing games
Sasha gets excited and does laps, laps of the room and laps of the garden, sprints up and down the hall..
She plays tug with her rope toys too.
Her favorite is chasing, she will do something bold to get me to approach her and then she runs.

Yes she does, she sometimes walks over to me and just as she get beside me she turns sideways and hits my leg with her but while looking up out of the corner of her eye.._julie_ wrote:when she runs does she do the butt in the air stance first before suddenly sprinting away. i think thats ace. the butt in the air looks so cute

Re: playing games
I play hide and seek with Saxon, too! I tell him to Stay then I go hide and once I'm in place I say, "OK!" And he comes and finds me. If he's having a hard time finding me I jump out and scare him. He looks startled at first and then grins like "Oh, you!!" and runs up to me tail wagging and tongue flailing.
