Pack walk
by Trixie09 » Sun Sep 25, 2011 5:45 pm
Hi all, another post from me bet ur all getting fed up of it now ? Lol
I was thinking that we should organise a pack walk. I don't know about other people but I don't know many dog owners, and owning a staff I find that other owners are cautious about letting there dogs play with her does anyone else have this problem ?
So I was thinking of organising a "pack walk" and get a few people down and just give our dogs a chance to run and play with each other pls give me some feedback and any ideas you have.
I was thinking of heading to Richmond park in London/Surrey a Saturday morning at about 10am. I will be bringing my camera to take pics to put up on the site or if people want some copy's I'm sure we can arrange this or email them straight away on the day
Let me know so we can do something before the winter kicks in

Re: Pack walk
Too far for me really sorry, we are going on a walk soon at Cannock Chase its been organised on another staffy forum I use. Missed out on the last one they did as Molly had just been spayed that weekend so carnt wait for this one and meet lots of other staffys.
Would be good to try and organise one with the people from this forum if there is enough in the Midlands area or people prepared to travel to the midlands.
But London is to far for us really concidering the traffic involved around London aswell.

Wish I could....but bit far away
I have often thought of trying to organise something similar, but when I have tried either no one seems interested or it's too far away x
Shame really

Re: Pack walk
Ok well obviously this ain't a hit lol, I don't mind travelling within reason as I'm very keen for my girl to interact with other staffs so is there any where people want to meet?

Re: Pack walk
Midlands area for me really. Cannock Chase is great for such an event as I say we are going to one on the 23rd of October with a load of people from another staffy forum, they are having a sponsored walk and barbecue after, but understand that would be to far for many people on here though.
Not sure how many we have on here from the midlands area.
