Now, strange question... one of my friend's with a staffy has said the same thing... but Vlad is sleeping at the moment, and it's got to be said, that for such a small puppy, the snoring is ridiculous LOL... Are all staffys big snorers?

Yes, I agree Staffies are definately snorers! Tinkerbell snores so loud it can be heard from downstairs when we are upstairs in our bedroom with the door shut and tv on. She is louder than the partner Laughing

Yep, definitely! They also yelp, bark & growl when they sleep - I hate to think what they're dreaming about!

The snoring is so loud! Violet sounds like a boy racers exhaust sometimes, you can practically feel the vibrations through the floor sleepy

Suki doesn't really snore. She does growl in her sleep sometimes though. Given me a good scare a few nights Laughing

Vlad growls, sighs, falls off his bed (he's small enough and such a head sleeper that I can place him back on his bed and he doesn't even open his eyes!) and "talks" a little. And, he snores. I never expected such noise from a puppy!

Me and my hubby say exactly the same about Charlie. I've never heard anything like it!! My stepdad's chainsaw snoring used to drive me mad when I was growing up, but Charlie is so much worse! Luclky we love them so much eh?? Big Grin

they are also great at talking to you they will sit and tell you a story if you watch and listen. you will hear all kinds of noises and grunts from cooing like a pigeon to hooting like an owl and grunting like a pig. my lemmy plays like a cat when you dangle string and twitches and fidgets in his sleep not to mention sucking as though he is still on his mothers teet.

LOL... my cat stitches her hind legs and shakes them just like a dog would!!! We have both had cats all our lives and have never seen anything like it. Vlad is a talker too! He makes these "row row row" sounds like he is having a conversation with you!
