Bought a couple of fresh venison saddle steaks (venison equivelant of fillet steak) today off a cheff I know
not tried fresh, wild venison before ... gunna have it for tea on Sunday

WoW ... just had my first taste of wild venison ... very tender ( and healthy for red meat ) tho not a million miles away from fillet steak IMO, and cooked to perfection by my beautifull wife Emma

Mainly beef and pork. There's rib, shoulder and loin cuts. Of course there are intestines and tounges as well

well, last night night was Indian (my favourite!!!).. I had a mixed vegetable curry, rice, my husband and I shared a mixed entree and galub jamun for dessert!!! YUM!!! Tonight it's a bit more normal... chicken cooked on the webber and vegetables.
