Congratz well done, the other half has lost over 3 stone since joining slimming world. An I lost bout a stone and half near the start but only been doing the evening meals to make life easier when it comes to making dinner.

But I dont follow the diet as I dont really need to lose anymore weight so am back to drinking my beers, eating snacks ect, while the other half has to follow it strictly still, as you can imagine she aint impressed when I am drinking my Stella and eating triple chocoalte cookies and not putting any wieght back on lol.
