how are the duty free's going?

ive got the last chapter of my book to read tomorrow and then thatsit, last cig at manchester airport - we can do it!!!

Good luck to you both. My partner Ian quit 2 years ago after getting a stomach bug. He was so ill for 3 days he didn't go outside for a cigarette, so when he was better he just didn't bother with them. He has found it hard mind, and still craves them now. But he had been smoking for 30 odd years, so it can be done but you really need to be motivated to quit for good. Best of luck to you both!
