If your dog struggles while walking long distances, then take it to a vet it could have a heart problem

They should not stuggle to breath. If he is there could be an underlying health issue so a trip to the vet might be a good idea.

I got a basic one from Pets@Home but she was 8mnths ish and I don't use it now, so for a 4 year old I don't really know what to suggest, might be worth a look Xx
