Wish me luck.........i'm gonna need it

Ok.....so I know i'm a big girl and i usually avoid photo's but after todays day out and getting home to look throiugh my photo's , they gave me a HUGE reality check and kick in the guts. OMG, I just want to cry.

So....................as of tomorrow I will take the first step in trying to change my eating habits and trim down a bit.

Hopefully I can give some positive updates of my progress.

good luck! I've seen some amazing changes when people really put their mind to it and work hard, do your best! I need to put my mind to it also! definitely could lose a kg or 20... lol!
