i've got two of them they drving me nuts i got one on the left side and another the right side so i cant eat on the opposite side bloody things

Not sure what you have in your chemists/drug stores/what do you call them in England?
In Oz we have Bonjela cream or SM 33.
You could also try an antiseptic mouth wash or salty water mouth wash and some light pain relief like Panadol/Paracetamol or a mild anti inflammatory ibuprofen.
Make sure you keep your fluids up but avoid spicy and acidic food and drink. ><

Yep, i'd recomend salt too. A friend of mine used to swear by rubbing vegemite on them ( it's quite salty ) Not sure if Marmite would be the same ???????

Just saw this and thought you were talking about something entirely else that can be a very serious medical problem and thought oh no.

Then I read the post and realized you were talking about what we call canker sores and again realized the difference between American English and proper English had confused me again
