I have just rescued a staff x from a local re homing center and she is 18/24 months so I believe and a little thin and was wondering what is the best food I can give her to fatten her up as have tried dog biscuits & tin meat but it seems she is not used to that as it runs out of her but she does love pasta and that seems ok for her so any tips would be welcomed, thanks.

Hiya and welcome!

Congrats on rehoming, I have a 2ish one myself Smile How long have you had her? If she is new to you and from a shelter your going to need to build her up slowly, doing this with excersize and a good diet.

A lot here would reccomend feeding raw (loads of info here if you need it) but that doesn't suit all. I feed James Wellbeloved and she thrives on it. You'll find what suits you both in time.

Also she is still growing and developing, mine looked all legs and know body once!!

Hi and welcome from me and Rocky. Rocky is also from a shelter. We feed him James Wellbeloved and has thrived on it.
Pets at Home have certain bags on 3 for price of 2 worth taking a look. Here is the link. Good luck and well done for rehoming.

Millie, my lab/collie, is also a rescue dog. She is fed on Hero chub and Pedigree mixer and she loves it! She has turned into a very healthy dog!!!! Big Grin
