Frustrated!!!!

I have seen Clover's sister advertised several times over this past year to be rehomed It seems that they keep changing their minds or are having trouble rehoming her.

Apparently their baby is due this week and they really want her gone so I have messaged them saying that I would take her if they were willing to let her come to me for no charge. I wasnt looking for another dog, but I have a soft spot for this litter of pups as I have known them since they were only a day old!

So, here I am, sitting impatiently waiting to hear back! Either way I hope this doggy finds a good forever home, with someone that wants and loves her.

I so hope she comes to you, too many pups end up without them and I can't see any reason why not! It may be hard work for you but at least she'll be with someone who cares. Fingers crossed for ya, if they don't want her, what they waiting around for??

that really stree me out with people should of think about this before getting the dog.

anything could happen in the furture, kids, moving away splitting up and so on

How sad. I wish more families would try to keep their dogs when they are having a baby. A baby is no reason to give up your pup!! I hope that she finds a loving forever home!

Why do people give up on there dog when they have a baby.It realy Annoyes me.

eugh! the usual story you hear all too often! .. we have a baby due, and a newborn and a dog will be too much ..
A dog is for life not just untill a kiddy comes along!

i hope they get back to you, if they want her in a loving home they will look past homing her and gaining money from it!

Thank you. I hate waiting! Hopefully I will hear back tomorrow. We shall see. I have the full backing of my other half on this too so she is more than welcome. I'll keep you posted.

Funny thing is they'll regret it when the kid is 4 or 5 year old and its begging for a puppy or a pet!! grrrr

Along with the others, I hope you get a positive reply and she is able to come to you ( and If / when she comes to stay, I hope both dogs get along well too )

No i dont have their number. I have emailed them. The friend that sold me Clover has informed me that the dogs owner has read the message and mentioned it to her. Unfortunately, noone has bother replying to me.

If I where you, I would get the number, they may want to make some money back from it. Emails never come across in the way they are said, she would be better off in a stable home now Xx

Well I took your advice, found their number and called. Apparently they didnt want my help because I was interfering and stuck up :S

Anyway... I think I must be a lunitic because I was really coming round to the idea of having another staffy round the place so today I went to the rescue centre and have picked out a beautiful boy! He cant come home until wednes but Im sooooo excited!!! We all are!

Jessie my jack russell came from a home were the couple was splitting up.She had bought jessie has a birthday pressent for her daughters 2nd Birthday.She had asked her ex if he would keep her but he said he had Never wanted her in first place.Even her dad had taken her at weekends but he said she was 2 much for him as he was in is later years.anyway she got a happy ending she found me.I could never give any of my dogs away it Would break my heart they are my babies

OMG!!! So, I wake wake up this morning to a message from Peggy's (Clover's sister) owners. The message said that they had reconsidered and wanted me to take Peggy. Obviously, I can't now as I have just brought Diesel home. Sooo annoyed that it took them a whole week to decide this as if they had just agreed in the first place I would have def taken her. I was really keen too!

Never mind. If I had taken her then I never would have met Diesel and he is adorable!!

That is so infuriating. They were probably trying to find someone that would pay for her and when that didn't work out they settled for you. I doubt they care very much about her going to a responsible owner! I'm a sucker, but I would probably end up helping them find a suitable home for the dog. I was going to write a whole story, but it got pretty long so I'm going to put it in its own thread.

How infuriating, all I hope is they find a loving home for Peggy now, life has its funny twists. Xx
