Hot Air Baloons

Its the Bristol Baloon Fiesta this week with hundreds of Hot Air Baloons in the sky. They look very nice and I know a lot of people enjoy them, but I have yet to meet a dog that does. They usually bark like mad at them or are really scared of them. Mine hates them because one came over our garden when Harry was a baby and we were playing ball and it actually clipped the top of a Walnut Tree. It was low enough for the people inside to speak to me and when they fired up to get higher the noise was very frightening and Harry was petrified. I may be a spoilport but I'm really glad the weather hasn't been that good for them flying this year.

Poor Harry, mine isn't really phased them, we have a park where they leave from so she'll quite happily watch them being inflated, and when she sees them in the sky she just stares. Keep Harry inside today then

Aww, poor boy!

Well, we got away without any problems, the wind must have taken the Baloons away from this area. It could have been a nightmare because the Fiesta started Thursday and ended today.

The only thing we saw of it was the fantastic Red Arrows who flew over this afternoon. Oddly enough despite the noise of these fast planes Harry was in the garden and just looked up and watched them go over.
