OMG, don't get me started Janey.
I drove it home from the dealership this arvo all nice and pretty and clean, then Hubby went for a drive at dusk. Now it's covered in bugs / midgies. Eeeew, NOT HAPPY

Re: Woooooo-hoooooooo
Lee, you're right. We got ( well "I" got ) a Mitsubishi Outlander 2WD in Auto which a luxury for me.
I had my little Corolla fro 10 years.....it was Manual with good ol' fashioned window winders to open the windows (remember them) and had to insert a key to unlock the doors....no magic buttons. Just a standard radio with Cassette deck etc.....
Now I have Auto, with magic buttons to unlock the doors and open windows. Also a CD player, radio and Mp3 capabilities/connections....plus blue-tooth for hands-free mobile phone calls.
Me, excited......not a chance.
OK, so maybe just a little

Just make sure you aren't playing with too many of those new thingamyjigs when the cops drive by.
I can't believe how many tradies I see on Roe H'way everyday chatting on their mobiles when driving - haven't they heard of "blue-tooth"? Even I know how to work that one
I've had an X-Trail for the last 5 years (my first auto with remote locking, cruise control, sunroof) and I love it. My previous car was a manual Magna S/W with cassette player (but I did get spoiled one xmas and was given a CD player for it). Drove all the way from Townsville to Adelaide with Kita as my passenger by ourselves in that car. Funny how thinking about an old car brings back so many memories
We were actually looking at the Outlander last weekend, the new model is very nice looking.
What colour are your new wheels?

hahaha, I was telling my Hubby off last night for "trying" things out while driving....tutt-tutt. I'd rather suss them out while stationery.
Just got boring ol' white.....actually I like the white. I did toy with the idea of silver or Ironbark, but white is a winner for me. It's just a basic LS model with the limited edition Activ pack. Which model were you looking at???
We liked it for it's size / space, features, comfort plus the warranty is great and fixed price servicing for the first 4 years.
