I don't think they can be too aggressive the police because there are alot of kids there causing problems, just heard on the radio, the kids are getting in the way and preventing the police from actually getting to the adult thugs, so they request all parents call their kids and bring them home. I doubt most of the parents will care though, I bet they would if one of their kids got killed, by the thugs or arrested then the parents fined.
