gluten intolerant
hi been told my staff is gluten intolerant i got him from a rescue centre which foods should i be looking at for him to have a well balance diet thanks

Depends on what kind of food you want to feed, I think. To me, going raw is the easiest option as this gives you such good control over what you dog eats. But to many this is/seems to be a lot of hard work.
I'm sure you can find wheat free foods - I'm not sure if corn gluten and wheat gluten is the same or not.. Corn gluten meal is often used in pet foods to increase the protein levels, so if gluten is gluten is gluten then things with corn should probably be avoided, too. I know Orijen kibble is free of grains (they contain potatoes and veg instead), but I'm sure you'll have other options too. Not sure what brands you have available.
ETA: I see Zooplus have several kinds of therapeutic dog dry dog foods listed http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/dogs/dry_dog_food
