What is the muzzle law like? When do the dogs have to have a muzzle and when don't they? They don't seem to mind the muzzles much at all!

I muzzle them at all times , but i would take it off for a few minutes to let them relax. I always see alot of 'restricted breeds' out and hardly ever see any muzzled! But to save myself the hassle and for that extra security i muzzle mine.

There supposed to be muzzled & leashed at all times in public places!
