To place images onto the forum you need to use a hosting photos website,

www.tinypic.com
www.photobucket.com <<--- i will use that one but you will have to make an account with them.

when you have choose which one you are going to use when you upload your photos to you need to find the IMG code, then you place the IMG code into your posts on here.
