Winston meets his sister Bella...

Went to the puppy class today and Winston and Bella met... so did me, Tony and Michael!! Didn't take any photos during the class, but at one stage all 8 puppies were racing around together having a ball.Puppies ranged from a tiny french bull dog to a massive bull mastiff cross! Of course Bella and Winston were very well behaved! The bloke running it reckons we would be better off taking Winston to a more advanced training class he will be running as Winston already knows all the basics. So we might do that. A couple of other shots of the 2 boys eating potato chips ( crisps ) Winston's cute little pink feet.. and him showing off his new toy ( spoilt brat!! )

Yeah they seemed to get on fine...I wonder if they knew they were related??

And yes Winston is bigger than his sister! She is a beautiful girl that's for sure.

I am surprised that they liked the salt and vinegar ones! I think Jethro only ate them because he didn't want to miss out....wouldn't have thought he would like vinegar flavour !

Vanessa what colour were their parents? Not sure if I remember you mentioned there were quite a few pups or if that was Jethro. What colour were the other puppies?

There were 10 puppies all different colours!! Last photo is the proud daddy Degan.

aww thanks for that.
to be honest we chose him, because he looked nothing like Jethro.... the last thing we wanted is a dog that looked like Jethro, when he goes to the happy hunting ground.......nnnooooooo...............

but you know what.. we love Winston to bits already..he is adorable and full of love.

Know what you mean about having a dog that looks like the older one. Unfortunately we weren't even looking when Izzy appeared in our lives and one look at her face and we couldn't leave her, especially when we realised the guy selling her didn't really want her in the first place and who know where she would have ended up

Yes you are right there..10 puppies is no mean feat!!


Well all I can say Lee, is that Izzy is a very lucky girl that you came along when you did. She landed on her paws..one of the lucky ones!!

We often get asked when out walking "is Kita the mum?" More like the grandma - Izzy's grandma is the same age as Kita and a brindle pied rather than black.
It is amazing the colours that appear. Kita's mum was red and her dad really dark brindle and all 5 pups were just varying shades of brindle, I always wondered what the grandparents colours were..?

and Lee we have been walking Jethro and people have come up to us and said "Oh look at the puppy..how old is he??" Jethro!! .. who is all grey!!

Yes it is interesting looking at the various colours of puppies that a dog can have.

I know Lynne, we were very interested to see the size difference. Winston is definitely a monster.. but a lovable one !!

the puppy on the far right in the first photo?? yes that was a girl and she was gorgeous!! but Tony picked out Winston as I picked out my Jethro all those years ago...and I have to admit I am so happy he picked Winston he really is a dear little fella!!

I don't know why, but I think it's really neat that she's the same size as Winston. She's a cutie pie, just like him!!
