anybody with a toshiba know?

Finally my new charger has arrived, BUT because I was in mids of reovering my comp from wiping it when my old charger broke I'm having to do that now,
I have wiped my toshiba satellite laptop and currently in the process of putting the revovery disc's in .. there are 2 of these but at the moment its staying on 'X:/windows/system32>" and won't go any further! Above it say's "press any key to continue, I did which is what made the above come up, but its not done nothing since! :/
Anybody know why and what to do?

I've got a Toshiba but I'm a bit computer stupid. I always try to restart and go from there. If that doesn't work I call someone smarter than me. Sorry I couldn't help

no worrys! .. i sorted it, it was the new recovery disc's they wouldnt work :S so i hunted down my old ones and im all back on now

Great stuff because I haven't a clue! Foreign language to me

The new discs were probably corrupt, so if I was you, just incase then old ones get scratched, i'd make a copy of them
