Sushi!<3

I went to my aunties last night and we made sushi it was LUSH! Until we ran out of rice and tried to make Crisp sushi rolls blurghhhh

We just cooked some special rice in a special way and chopped up some veg and stuff and then slice some raw fish thinly and then roll it up in the sea weed thing and cut it put wasabi, soy sauce and pickles and eat its amazing

My auntie and step uncle went to india recently so are really good at curry and stuff

I'm jealous too! I love Sushi (I'm Japanese, there is no Japanese who hates it!!) but my OH hates it, so we can't go out to eat it though we have so many good Sushi restaurants around that serve with reasonable prices.

We do have "arranged" sushi for non-raw fish eaters. We have canned tuna fish rolls and fried chicken rolls (deep fried small size chicken rolled in rice). Both taste good with soy sauce with wasabi!! (Mrs. Jstaff)

My half brother is Korean (born and raised). So I am a sushi and soju type of guy. I went to visit him for the summer and only ate traditional korean food. Every nite we ate sashimi and drank soju until we passed out. Good times.
