Post by gem Wed Jul 13 2011, 13:08

Ohhhhh im having a bad day today!!!!!!!
Im awfully stressed out right now (my age) but have to post this
Im working a long shift today im on duty at 330pm and dont finish till 1pm tomorow Sad
My hubby has just done the night turn so hes in bed, because im a good wife and I love him so much (married a long time) Ive put him a lovely beef stew in the slow cooker and also done him some nice new potatoes.
The trouble is as I was taking the meat from the fridge I dropped it on the floor (ive not cleaned it yet hence 2 dogs and hairs) duke right behind me picked it up and ran off with it into the garden, hes trying to eat it and I have managed to get most back.
I have washed it cut the teeth marks out and cut it up into chunks and put it in with some veg, smells nice and looks okay.
I feel awfull do you lot think its okay to feed it to him >Smile

What the eye doesn't see, the heart doesn't grieve over.............. >Smile

It won't hurt him, and he'll be hungry otherwise, so why not?

(just don't let him read any of this!)

:-$ I have never intentionally grossed up someones food but I have dropped plenty of steaks and chicken on the floor. Rinse and cook. I have walked out of my office and caught my cooks doing some bad stuff to the food. Sometimes intentionally and sometimes not. Like handling raw chicken and making a salad at the same time... Surprised EWE.
That is grounds for dismissal. Here is a clip. Warning: Profanity. I have never seen anything this bad.
Again: Profanity.
