My Staffie bit my daughter
Hi everyone I've just joined.
I have a 2 year old Staffie called Max.
Last night both my young daughters were arguing and fighting and my staffie lunged at my 9 year old arm and bit her! He had to be dragged off her and pit in his crate. We had to take her a&e as one of his teeth punctured her arm nothing extremely bad but she had like abit of fat that came out of her arm from this small punctured wound the rest is like scratches and bruises.
We don't know what to do as we love max and have had him from a puppy but are obviously concerned if this happens again! My partner is in two minds if to rehome him.

Oh no, has he never shown any signs before? Have you had him checked by the vet to rule out any health problems?
You do realise that you're unlikely to be able to find him a good home when he has a bite history? I'm not trying to guilt trip you, but it's something you must face if you're not prepared to keep him.
