Help with my kc bitch
So i basically brought my bitch in August last year at 3 months old. She was KC reg, and all seemed fine, although i didn't see mum ( the breeder said mum was at sisters house as the pups was terrorising her so much) so all is fine and i love Mila to bits but the more older shes getting shes looking less like a staff. Her head is so small still and she is so lanky. She's also getting so strong and she's only 8 months old. I just wondered is there anything I can do to look into this as if the guys dodgy and ripping people off he can't just get away with this? Someone could buy a dog off him and not have the knowledge of a big dog ect.
I really do love Mila and she's such a lovely dog but I'd love to just know what she is. She maybe just young but to me she doesn't look nothing like a staffy.
Thanks all for reading. I'd uploaded a picture but I don't know how.

Re: Help with my kc bitch
Hi & welcome.
She's beautiful! She certainly has stafford in her, whether she's a full staff is difficult to say at this age. They all grow differently - some grow upwards & then fill out, some do both together, some fill out & then grow upwards!
To me, her head, at the moment, looks like a cross, but as I say, that could change as she matures. A stafford's head doesn't really reach full potential till about 2 years old.
Her strength is totally normal! So many people think that because they're fairly small dogs, they won't be as strong as, say, a labrador! Think again!
What sort of training have you done with her?
To be honest, I would have been a bit suspicious of not being able to see the mum, and at least a pic of the dad. However, that doesn't mean that mum wasn't a stafford.

Re: Help with my kc bitch
Hey, thanks for your reply. So I have a picture of mum and dad that I'll upload.
I just think the sizing of her is soo big! I've had a staffy boy before and he was classed as tall but he wasn't nowhere near this tall LOL.
I love her either way, and she's amazing!
I've done alsorts of training with her and she's very clever. She tends to lose focus on walks, and when she gets something in her head, she won't give up.. but I guess that's just her age! Lol.
It's just more the fact this guy could be ripping lots more people off and expect to be getting a staff and end up with a horse and then lots more dog will then end up in shelters ect as the owner wasn't expecting it. Is there anyone you know of I can call for advice?
Thank you for your reply
