FYI Pets at Home NO Qibble Policy

It's just occurred to me to share the Pets at Home NO Quibble Policy....
For those of you (including myself) who buy overpriced toys from there, and lets face it, they last 5 mins with our bullies, they have a policy that allows you to exchange any of the toys if destructed. This means if your dog chews it to destruction, rips its head off, tears its insides out, then YES you can exchange it with no questions asked, just the receipt.
Ive taken many toys back, you know the ones that are labelled 'Indestructible'
and swapped them over and over with no problems. I said its a shame they don't tell car tyres 
I know we all like to spoil our furbabies for xmas and birthdays and sometimes you think "i'd love to get my pooch a cute monkey rope squeaky fluffy squishy toy at £15, now you can and keep on replacing, how great is that!
So gather your bits of plastic and fluff and get your self back to PAH for an exchange

That would certainly be a lot of bits to put in an envelope from Katy tbh I only buy cheap toys now!

I dont blame you, mine wont be getting any more this year for any occasion. We spent over an hour last xmas opening presents, that was just the dogs. We had to open ours the next day!! We have far too many for 2 dogs, i think a drop off at a rescue is due! We have a handful that are still in one piece

Wow, that sounds great and would be so useful for my girls.
We’re down to regular replacement of big cotton ropes, black kong toys and West paws toys. So many toys have died in the space of a few minutes ...
