Doggy yoga anyone?
So during my time in lockdown, i wanted to keep on track with my fitness and follow youtube workouts... however, Mollie doesnt like me jumping around the living room, she jumps at me and even tries to nip! If I try something more mellow that requires me to lie on the floor, you can imagine that I get licked to death!
Im not shouting at her for this behaviour, i simply turn it off and take them for a walk instead, its the easiest option.
Does anyone do their workouts with their dog, as in doggy yoga or do we own the wrong breed for this
Ive tried putting her in another room but she just barks excessively as she can see me, I even tried just weights but she doesnt like them either.
Ill just face it now. Im gonna be a chunk at the end of this!

Yeah the only exercise I can do is jog with Luna she hates jumping or anything like that, even if ur dancing she’ll just bark at you and jump up as high as she can(which touches to my chin as I’m short )
She hates when I lie down on the floor too, she thinks somethings wrong so she starts nudging my head with her snout really hard and trying to pull me up, she’s not hurting but you definitely cannot exercise like that
Loves jogging with me tho, we always use our extensive lead, it’s like 2m or something but we go a way that has lots of grass by the footpath so she can go at her own pace

Re: Doggy yoga anyone?
I tried jogging with them but I have different shoes for dog walking and I have my running trainers, they won't budge out the door if I have my running trainers on!! They're not daft!! I've resorted to our usual 5k walk each day then I drop them home and then do the same 5k route running.
Yes I'm tired just glad the weather's lovely!!
