Re: Reasons to adopt a staffie
It will be two months this weekend since we re-homed Maisie, and my wife and I both agree that she is the best thing we have brought into this house since our daughter was born. She is loving, loyal, protective and smart as a whip. She has totally transformed my daughter, who was wary of dogs. Now they roll about on the floor together, and she will even cautiously approach other dogs. A small miracle!
Staffies get a bad rep through ignorance and sensational headlines in the tabloids. The reality is something completely different. They are a wonderful breed, and we wouldn't be without our girl

Re: Reasons to adopt a staffie
My mum was concerned when I got Katy, at the same time my sister got a GSD & mum was happy with that After meeting them both, she won't go to my sisters unless the dog is shut in the kitchen as she is a very stressy & barking all the time. She will come here & have Katy on her lap getting licked to death She even approaches staffies in the street now to say hello & stroke them! Converted!!!!

They are such a wonderful loving little dog. I see that another police force has a new Staffy in their ranks now. They really are such a clever breed. They are the best!
