age 13 goodbye Nipper x

After months of not being able to make the decision I just had to yesterday. The sadness i feel really hurts & i know its only one day but it's so difficult & we all miss him tremendously. The worst part for me was the ending & i can't get it out of my mind. If Nipper had relaxed & gone to sleep after the first injection may be it wouldn't upset me so much. I love him, he was just one of the family. The instinct & closeness you have with your pet is different. Everyone says he had a good life & you did take good care of him, but this doesn't stop the hurt. "Good Bye to my Beautiful Boy" hope your at rest & in peace now xx

Oh I'm so sorry for your loss. It's always the hardest decision but the right one for Nipper. The pain must be so raw now for you. Try to focus on the fact he is no longer in pain. We are always here for you to talk about him.

No matter how many people say "you did the right thing", you will feel guilt, and you'll reply with "but what if...."

Run young and free at Rainbow Bridge, Nipper. You mum is very sad now but you'll be watching over her and making sure the happy memories win over the sad times.
