Bully Max food? Yes or no and why?
So I've been looking at different foods for my dogs and Orijen and Bully max seem to be highly recommended. I've seen lots of info on Orijen on here but haven't seen anything about Bully Max. I would like to someday go raw but just not ready to take that step.
Has anyone on here tried Bully Max? If so, did you like it or not like it? Why?
Thanks much

Re: Bully Max food? Yes or no and why?
I’ve not tried bully max so cannot judge on experience.
However, by comparing ingredients alone, I would rather feed orijen (unless bully max is significantly cheaper ?)
The thing that bothers me is the first 3 ingredients : chicken meal, brown rice, chicken fat - I’d not want to be paying the kibble top price but this is purely my opinion.
Otherwise the few reviews I have found are positive and you can do much much worse in terms of quality !
At the end of the day, whichever feed suits your dog the best is the one you need to give

Re: Bully Max food? Yes or no and why?
We don't get Bully Max in the UK, but I personally wouldn't use it.
The fat content is way too high for a pup, and even too high for a normally exercised dog. It's a 'performance' food for highly exercised/worked dogs. Although it states it's an all age food, I don't think it's suitable for a puppy. Just my opinion of course!

It seemed a little much to me also. I could be wrong but it kind of seems like it's mainly for building muscles....?... My dog is naturally built and a good weight. Definitely not for the puppy.
Thank you much for your responses.
