What is this?

[size=58]My dog has had this on him for awhile! We are all really scared and he has to keep going the vets, has anyone ever had this happen to a dog or no what it is? Vets dont know what it is..

Have you had a referral to a dermatology specialist? If not, that's what I'd be doing now. I hope they can find what it is and treat it, it looks uncomfortable.

I havent seen something like this either , cant find anything online thats why im worried. The vet hasnt suggested anything but he had a skin biopsy yesterday , i suppose i shall just have to wait.

I'll be interested to know what the biopsy finds, do let us know.

My Dad had an allergic reaction like that when he used a shampoo with horse chesnuts in it,never seen it in a dog before. Poor love!

They look a bit like warts in the close up. Or impetigo

They said it was hair follicle infection

Poor thing that looks sore. Has it improved at all?

That's a first for me, I've not heard of that before. What treatment have they prescribed?
