Indy
HI everyone, I am new here and thought I would post a couple of pics of my 5mth old baby girl Indy. She is the light of my life!
This is where she slept the first night..and has done ever since!
Her first day with us.
My daughter and her "Staffy Blanket"
Watching some TV!
Loving the beach!
Whoo Hoo the beach is a blast!
This is her taken this week at 5 months on a 7km uphill hike. It is true..you cant wear a Staffy out! I have tried! LOL!
And these are our 3 beautiful babies. Indy 5mths, Jolie(Staffyx) 8years, and Paddington (long coated pembroke corgi) 9 years!

Re: Indy
Everyone comments on her shiny coat, even the vet LOL!
Our old Staff was black and I loved her glossy coat (until she would get outside and roll in the dirt at the first opportunity! ) which is why I really wanted another black Staff.
As for the corgi, the long coated gene (they are called fluffs) is a rare one, and doesnt occur often and breeders try to avoid it as it is considered a fault.
They can not be shown. Why has always remained a mystery to me as it does not effect their ability as a working dog, they are much better protected from the weather, he takes forever to get wet to the skin to bath unlike a "correct" coat, and I find his coat MUCH easier to look after than a normal one, he doesnt shed buckets like normal corgi's do, you actually have to strip out his coat when he starts to drop it as it wont fall out on it's own, and it doesnt matt. So this is another reason I got out of the show scene!
But to me he is beautiful as are all our fur kids.
And yes Miss Jolie is VERY VERY tolerant of Indy, she is like Indy's own personal chew toy, but come nap time they are always snuggled together!
Just too cute!
