Our holiday photo diary
I'll (hopefully!) add more as the days go by, but just a couple of quiet ones to start off with.

Re: Our holiday photo diary
We had a wonderful walk today, past lakes with swarms of damselflies, up into hills, alongside fields of poppies (6th June is the date of the D Day landings just down the coast, so very appropriate), and then back along the Avenue Verte which used to be a railway line from Paris to Dieppe (and on to London save the wet bit in the way).
Finding yummy snacks on the Avenue Verte
Then home for some proper exercise. There's a steep slope in the garden and the dogs, especially Millie, love having their whistly balls hurled down for them to race after

In the evening we went to Dieppe. Walking along the harbour wall, Millie stopped dead and refused to move - there was a monster in the sky, growling at her!

Actually, it was the harbour lights and the breeze was just catching them enough to moan as it passed. There were lots of gulls to growl at and foreign smells beyond belief. Two very tired doggles when we got home.
