the broons~ large scottish family earliest book the 50's i think they're always getting into mischief and suffering a crisis

oor wullie hes either getting chased by the polis getting into trouble at school or eating his favourites mince and tatties (mince and mashed potatos) my nanas favourite thing to read when she couldnt get an annual she would get it every week in the sunday post.

It was unreal! Went a fair few k's, 3500 feet, over semi rural countryside about 40 mins from where i live (yet saw the day break and the city skyline in the distance) which was amazing - could literally hear not a single sound except all the dogs below barking as we flew over!! Laughing

Oh and a herd of dairy being released. I got some gorgeous pics!
