Storms legs Empty Storms legs

would you believe that looking at him now, poor ol Stormy had both his back legs operated on last year.
poor boy broke both his cruciate ligaments.
in april last year he had his left rear leg operated on. they cut the top of the what i would call it knee bone off just below the ball joint. moved it back a couple of mil and plated it back on.
6 weeks of convalecance, then had the other done.
now a year on apart from feeling the srews in his legs, he runs around like a nutter.

Looks as if he made a full recovery. Cruciate ligaments are espically difficult to rehab.

tell me about it. 6 weeks after the first op, he then had second and another 6 week recovery.
he was walking as soon as he came out the vets after each op, 5 mins a day.
was very hard work . had to have a lot of time off work to look after the poor fellow.
nearly got the sack Big Grin
