Oh that's nasty. I had an MRI a couple of years ago and they recon its arthritis but I think it's more likely to be sciatica. I don't really know what to do next, see a quack or an oesteopath i dont know

All I know is... It flippin hurts Crying or Very sad

sometimes heat may help theres a pad you stick in the microwave you put it on area thats sore I dnt know if it will help you.
