Baby Wipes ?
Sick of all this mud and mess. Usually I use an old cloth to wash his feet etc but around 'his bits' I feel I need something a little 'kinder' and was wondering whether regular baby wipes would be okay? I have Aldi wipes which contain aloe vera and chaomile and have been dermatologially tested etc etc. What do you guys think ?

Re: Baby Wipes ?
personally I wouldn't. a dog's ph is different to a human's so even though it's gentle for a baby, it might not be for a dog.
I would just use a damp paper towel!

Re: Baby Wipes ?
I think it's the perfumed ones that cause irritation. I've used normal unscented ones with no issues but they are just wet wipes.

Re: Baby Wipes ?
I've used baby whipes on Luna since i have her and most people i know with dogs also use them. The vet also recommended them instead of baths when she gets a bit dirty. Just make sure not to use the ones that contain alcohool in them. And if you are using them on the fur (as a bath) don't use them too often (vet said one a week should be fine). Use the ones with vitamin E hypoallergenic, antibacterial and most importantly alcohol free.
I'm using them daily for dirty paws and don't have any problem...yet.
