Happy first gotcha day, Millie

A year ago today I went to Danaher as usual to do the photos. We had already agreed to foster Millie but weren't going to take her for a couple of weeks because I had a trip to Liverpool planned, so I was also going to spend time with her that day. However...
Millie had been sharing a kennel with a tiny little terrier pup, Marty, who had been found on a fly tip (Marty McFlytip), and we suddenly had travellers phoning up claiming he was theirs and they were coming to get him, so he needed to be got out, quickly.
A couple of hours later, I called my husband. 'We appear to have 2 puppies in the annex...'
A whole year, but she was only supposed to be here a couple of months!
Happy gotcha, Millie McSquillie, my forever foster puppy.
