Will a dog still eat if they have a intestine blockage

Yes, they can do until the blockage start backing up, when they feel ill enough to stop eating. If you suspect a blockage you want to get to the vet as it can cause serious problems (potentially fatal).

Well bella vomitted yesterday morning and was heaving this morning no food was in the vomit she is going to the toilet but she is of her food she didnt eat anything yesterday but she ate her breakfast this morning but had to be encouraged prob is its bank hoilday and my vets is closed

Blimey what is it with Staffies called Bella going off food today, yours is the second one bless her.
Is there anything that makes you think she's eaten something that might have caused a blockage? If so, then perhaps a call to the emergency vet might be in order. If not and Bella is drinking ok see how she goes over the next 24 hours and if your still worried organise a trip to the vets.
