To be honest, these morons probably wouldn't be looking to keep a pet anyway, but there are so many other reasons for an Animal Cruelty Register that I have signed. The sentences given are a laugh.

This is a horrific thing to have happened to a defenceless animal. How long before the people that did this move on to a human ?!?!
