Jake the first 12 months

Thought i'd upload these photo's i took of Jake during his first 12 months, i don't know if anyone else has done this yet but anyway.
at 15 weeks
at 16 weeks
at 17 weeks
at 5 and a half months
at 6 months
at 7 months
at 8 months
at 9 months
at 10 months
at 11 months
and finally the BIG 1
all other photo's of him are either outdoor or playing, as after these he got a little sick of having his photo taken.

We did start to keep track of his weight as well, but that went out of the window as he hit 3 and half stone.
