Are the most Staffies in the UK. I ask because I happened to be in Northampton this weekend and I don't think I've ever seen so many Staffies about and not with chav types either, all walking nicely etc Big Grin

So, I was wondering where there is the greatest population of Staffies (yes I had a lot of time on my hands Laughing )

I have a lot of staffs in my town now, and not too many chavs. They are not all rolling in cash but nice general fams. When i got lexi i was the first, and had so many omgs, but they loved her. Everywhere now!

I honestly have not seen any chavs with staffs in along time. The husky is popular at the mo.

Quite few here too and they are usually with respectable people as well. I'm beginning to think the "status" dog image is starting to wear a bit thin now. See alot of people canicross and bikejor with them too and they are getting a good name for the sporting and athletic prowess of the breed. They are already well known to be great at agility, flyball and lure work. I honestly think people are staring to see what a versatile dog they are as well as being one of the most human loving breeds you can get.just wish the press would give up on the demonetization calling any bull mix a staffy....

My aunt lives in a diddly little village near Northampton and it's chocka with staffs. Her postie had an absolutely delightful bitch called Snakebite for years. Snakey, as she was affectionately known, is still the beloved of the entire village despite having passed a year ago. Her pups and grandpups carry on her snakey-tailed loveliness.

Well that might explain why I saw so many Big Grin

I wasn't actually in Northampton itself but a place called Kingsthorpe on the outskirts.
