absolutely raging the nutjob upstairs has a staffy upstairs for 2 days i was going ti murder someone earlier as the dog is off lead no collar etc i was coming upstairs and she was coming down well ill be olite i said kindly take your mutt indoors. with my housing association u have to have written permission so he has broken the tenancy agreement AGAIN!!!!!!! coulsd scream im so mad .
