Ok, in response to Crystals question last night ` why a staffy ?` It will take a few posts to answer that, but as i have mentioned in the past, i have had one breed of Dog or another at my side since i was born. The first i remember was `our` Duke, a corgi, and a wonderful loving family member. Duke passed when i was about 10, and it was awful for all of us My mum, god rest her soul, used to tell me when she took me out in my pram to the shops, she would tie Duke`s lead to the pram, and NOBODY would dare come near me That is how protective he used to be with me, and bearing in mind that this was in the 60`s when when hindley and brady were murdering young children, it really comforts me to know i had a protector at my side.When i think back i STILL miss him lots. Story to be continued
