I used to think that until I tried giving Millie a sandal that she'd already chewed and now she's happy. She has a sandal of mine and one of George's, and she is much better about not trying to steal every bit of footwear that's not been locked in a safe.

And clearly Maya needs a shoe as she has no other toys whatsoever, not one single one.

Bug isn't a chewer but she takes our boots to bed and snuggles with them when we're not at home. It's kind of heartbreaking!

Buddy loves a bottle- wine, coke, orange not fussy on its contents hidden in his bed .. funny dog...

Notes theres a full pair of shoes and another solo shoe hope u can do washing and dishes maya

While she is going through her phase of chewing, i would rather her be happy munching on my old shoes, than on something that could hurt her. I know it`s only her teething problem, and once she is through it shoes will be a no no. All my decent trainers etc, are out of reach.

Thats not even half of her toys Liz, she has loads more in her crate Still prefers shoes though.

buddy is a strange one trust me - a little cutie but odd ! he now carries his cushion from his bed around with him in case he needs a lie down of course... if you go to take it away he runs back to his crate and sits on it !! odd bod!

We've got to admit our staffies are unique Katy used to run off with one of my work boots when I came home but she's grown out of that now She will take a little teddy of a shelf when I leave her on a Wednesday morning for a couple of hours & only then, but never harms it but if I give her a cuddly toy she will gut it
