Hello I am Bailey

Sadly I ended up in the pound and the future was not looking too good . Thankfully, Senior Staffy Club came along and took me in!  I thought that was the best thing in the world, being safe in one of their kennels until it got EVEN better!!! I was taken into a beautiful foster home!

Now, what can I tell you about this lovely place? Well, I am learning LOTS of new things like "Sit" "down" and "off".  The best thing about my lovely foster home is having a sofa to stay on, and people to love me!

Guess what my FAVOURITE thing in the world is? TUMMY TICKLES!!!! Yes, tummy tickles are the best thing in the world, and I absolutely LOVE them!  Would you like to tickle my tummy?!

I am good in the home and can be left for a few hours. If I am honest, all I want is some love, attention and fuss.  I do like my walks, and I am pretty good with other dogs

I am not so keen on little fluffy things though so I probably couldn't live with a cat, or rabbits or chickens or things like that.

I could possibly live with a dog but it would HAVE to be approved by me, and would have to be the perfect dog ... because I am a little picky you see!

I was a little scared at the vets, I didn’t like it when they put a muzzle on me but I have been training with a muzzle and I am getting on well with it.  This means that I will soon be able to have all my vaccinations and treatment .  

I do have slightly wobbly back legs, but they have improved greatly since I have put on weight.

Bailey will be neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. He is in foster in the Chesterfield area but can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit. However any adopter should be willing to travel to meet him where he is now. There is an adoption donation of £90 for Bailey and all money donated goes directly to helping all the Senior Staffies in our care.
