sat in an air conditioned office all morning, just got back from lunch, it is so hot outside, it was such a shock

I had to go and post a parcel earlier,it was pritty heavy and a nightmare to carry in the heat.Soon as i stepped into the sun the heat hit me full on in the face.Its clouding over here and looks like there will be a good storm

It's been lovely here. My fella has the week off of work so we took the dogs down to the beach today so that they could have a swim in the sea. Smile
